Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia Control Panel is a normal equipment only in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and comes free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered site names under one user account. This is possible because of Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager interface. The other Control Panel devices, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available only with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you have to use 2 different user account logins. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain registration/transfer/administration options. If you choose Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web server, there will be no Control Panel option.

Hosted Site Names ² - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered CP tools, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your site names in one user account. Unfortunately, the cPanel/DirectAdmin CP interfaces do not provide such feature at all - there is no Domain Manager interface and hence they require TWO separate user accounts: 1 domain management/billing/support account and 1 web site management account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).

Operating System (OS) ³ - you will observe that the Hepsia Control Panel can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to have it on your dedicated web server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting CP setups are available solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
